Exceptionally rude. The reception staff where rude on arrival and having their own chat whilst I was stood there but the real problem was the way they then proceeded to bad mouth patients and even myself whilst I sat in the other room waiting.. Absolutely unacceptable. They should be aware that people sat in the waiting can hear everything. However the dentist was brilliant and completely put me at ease but the whole experience to start with is enough to make sure i never go back.
