Do not use this dentist unless you want your appointment cancelled the afternoon before, then say they don't know if they'll see you because you had to call 111 to get an emergency appointment. Been waiting over a week for an urgent appointment because I have a broken tooth that's infected but the receptionist still has not even passed my details on to the dentist!
Remember it is a dentist so take that into account nice staff, clean place waiting times seen to be either very quick or longer then is just about beareble
on previous occasions i've been here and had some concerns with my old dentist, however she has now left and i am quite satisfied with this dentist since, the receptionist lady Andrea Palmer is relatively new, but so friendly! made me feel really welcome and as if i had known her for years, such a valued member of staff for this practice! other staff are also friendly and welcoming. :)
