I am a very nervous patient, have seen a new dentist twice now and she's the best I've seen. Saw her Friday and she's Really lovely. hope she stays for a long time x
Nice sized Dental Practice that is very clean in the waiting room area & has plenty of seating which i found quite relaxing to sit whilst waiting to be called in for my appointment with the dentist, who I found to be very nice & who spoke to me with politeness & respect.Welcoming staff to greet & assist you with any questions or concerns you may have, as well as to book you in for your next dental appointment.
I have never been good at looking after my teeth love the sweets a bit to much and at 38 I had lost a few and lots had gone bad they pulled the bad ones out for me and made me a plate. To be honest i was scared out of my mind about having this done but they are so nice and understanding and I now have a perfect smile you would not be able to tell there not my own teeth. The new manger they have is such a lovely women and will do her best to fit you in even though they are so busy. I have been to a lot of dentist over the years but this one is the only one we're I have found they go that little bit extra and make you feel welcome
Cancelled on me 3 times in a row. Then when finally getting my foot through the door was told they wouldn't be able to carry out the work within the allotted time scheduled. (Even though they were 15 mins late to see me). Worst dentist I've ever been too. Will not return. Still awaiting for refund for payment in advance of work not carried out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Yet again my husband and I have had our appointments cancelled.We have been with the practice for several years and at first all was well. However, over the past year or so we have had our appointments cancelled just days before they are due - we book them months in advance. We then have our re-booked appointments cancelled. We have had some good dentists and some not so good, unfortunately we never manage to see the same one for very long. This time we waited an extra 2 months for an appointment with a 'permanent' dentist, which has been cancelled.Enough is enough, what is going on?
