NO CAN DO PROPERTY! PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY FAKE POSITIVES FROM EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY (E.g. Sam Roberts / Ian Dickson) Just another pop up, web based group of amateurs who have mastered nothing but all the negative traits you would expect from your stereotypical, money grabbing sales persons. Expect to be ignored when it matters and bombarded when they think they may be in line to get your money. Lack of experience within the company and no common sense lead to a bad decision and 11 months of my time wasted on their conscience (not that they have one). A cash buyer and no chain sale was still not complete by the 11th month. I gave deadline after deadline and NoCanDo cowboys fed me with all sorts of nonsense in desperation to stop me withdrawing from the sale. They then reverted to ignoring every call and email when they ran out of excuses and reasons why the sale was still not showing signs of completion despite no obvious reasons as to why. At one point throughout this awful dealing with the shambles of a company, I was promised the property would be remarketed and go live on a certain date. When I called after this specified date to ask why it still was not live, Janet (who I believe is meant to be quite senior within the company) lied that it was live, whilst clearly typing frantically away on the other end of the phone to relaunch the property there and then. Janet then proceeded to insult my intelligence by ordering me to have a look right after this phone call and see that the property is now live. Well, of course it was by this point as I had just heard her clicking and tapping away during our conversation.Despite all this I then gave a third chance for the company to relist the property, giving credit where it was due and commodating the impressive marketing skills and the videography of the young man responsible for this side of things. By this point my correspondence was just completely ignored.To this day, I have still received no real closure as to why NoCanDoProperty failed their customer so very badly. I received absolutely no apology or explanation as to why my property, which received such huge interest and multiple offers within the first couple of days of being live on the market is now still sat vacant and unsold a whole year later. Disgusting, money grabbing and extremely unprofessional service. I would recommend anyone reading and everyone with whom are looking to sale their property to stay well clear! As previously stated, another pop up group of greedy wannabes trying to jump on the lucrative property bandwagon. Maybe if they respected their customers and apologised and made effort to amend their mistakes they wouldnt have such a negative review.AVOID AVOID AVOID
YesCanDo Property sold my property on Hayling Island. Frustratingly the first buyer pulled out a few months down the line. However YesCanDo found me another buyer with 2 days! The customer service from the whole team was second to none! They are not your typical estate agents which I love! This team will go above and beyond when marketing and selling your property. I will 100% use them for my next property sale!!!!
This might seem to be an overly biased review as I have quite a lot of connections with YesCanDo Property. But, I really wanted to leave a short message here to encourage potential home sellers and buyers to check out their Facebook reviews and feedback. These guys are literally resetting the bar when it comes to quality and levels of service within the Estate Agent Industry. They perfectly compliment the whole YesCanDo ethos and Culture of putting the customer first EVERY time. I would stake my reputation on guaranteeing you will not find a better partner to work with when buying or selling your home. Highly recommended
