Absolutely dreadful. Helped us secure our house in the end which was a positive thing but no communication, an all round avoidance of subjects and a complete lack of care at a time in our lives which was very busy for us and we would have hoped for much more as first time buyers. Would never, ever use again, under any circumstances. My parents have said exactly the same things after they had a similar experience.
Are the worst agents. No communication between them and with their clients. Only for themselves and for their pockets are interested. I contacted them so many times to finalize the contract and they are still looking for money. I am not the only one who is in my situation and all those people are unhappy of their services.
