As I am a tropical fish enthusiast, the recent shop refit has decimated their good/extensive fish range & accessories. Don't waste your time unless you just want fish food. Highly disappointed. !!!

It is a large store with plenty of treats and varied foods for cats, dogs, birds, fish, repitiles etc. There is grooming room upstairs as well as a vet surgery. I am not keen on pets being sold in a shop. But the animals appear to be in good condition and happy enough.
I visited in order to buy some new fish and some more plants to refresh my tank. I spent quite some time looking around for a member of staff who could help me, I finally decided to que up so I could ask the people on the till for some help. I waited a further 5 minutes until help arrived. The young lady was very helpful and quickly chased down the little critters, I just wish there were more staff during busy periods. I will be going back when the need arises.
