I love going to the gym nice people there always have a good work out
Early morning is the quiet time. Plenty of variety in equipment. Changing and shower facilities very clean. Friendly staff.
Plenty of good equipment to use. Staff not very friendly and welcoming. Find it the most dirtiest gym I have been to, the free weights floor is always filthy and the machines have other customers used tissues left in the cup holders for a couple of days. The cost of parking also doubles youre gym membership fee
Recently rejoined here and pleased I did. The value for money is fantastic.A variety of equipment means that a good workout is assured no matter what your fitness level or goals may be. There is a free weights area complete with a mirrored wall. Space is not a premium when moving between stations as whole gym floor means you are never concerned with treading on someone's toes. The choice of refreshments is also excellent, even for us coffee lovers.It would be nice to have direct access to the pool instead of having to go around the building, but that's the only thing I can say really
