Activ Health lead by Dean is the best gym in the Portsmouth area! Highly recommended. Absolute value for money for the classes - every day of the week, that is included in the membership fees which is very nominal. They also have top notch equipment and provide expert advice.
Great , straight forward facility with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff not just informative about exercising but also in wellness and life style .I've been a member a couple of months and very much enjoy the ample parking and generous amounts of equipment , for the more serious weight lifter there is a really well stacked weights room .
A fantastic gym.The place is always spotless. Everything works. A huge selection of weights, machines and equipment. The big seller for me is the movement space - an array of pullup bars, rings, a punching bag, and lots of space to do all sorts of things makes this gym suitable for anyone. They've even got a sauna!The staff are all friendly, the place has a great atmosphere to it. At the price of the membership, it's an absolute steal. This place is a gem. Get to the gym - specifically, this one.
Active Health & Fitness is a very friendly and welcoming club with a good range of machines and free weights. The staff are very pleasant and very helpful and are always willing to help. Having looked at many local health clubs and joined a few that disappointed me I was delighted that I found this one. Every visit is an enjoyable one.
