Spent a great deal of time here, waiting for trains that are always late... or cancelled. Poorly maintained, basic facilities only, staff are ok, but later on they are non existent. Station needs serious modernisation. Last time I was there the lifts were broken, again, and had been for days.
Rude, helpful woman called Molly. Wouldnt hurt to be helpful, or do what youre paid to do, instead of making me feel Im inconveniencing you from your social media. Eye roll.
