Comfy beds and good location. A nice break from the London city life.Reception staff were a little ignorant. Didn't even greet customers after they checked in.Also, been in contact with them up until now as they haven't released the payment they took on my card during check in. The bank told me the hotel will need to do a reversal on the payment but they wouldn't do it. Throughout this situation I was passed from pillar to post and the issue has still not been resolved. Money still pending in my account so can't use it. I didn't use any extra hotel services or owe anything to them either.Other than that, decent stay.

The hotel as a group after a funeral. Warm friendly welcome. Comfortable room and Good Food. Can't comment on rooms as didn't stay overnight.
I shared a Festive afternoon tea at the Brookfield Hotel with my daughter . The staff were friendly and helpful with changes to the menu and seating ,nothing was to much trouble. The food was nicely presented and tasted very good.
On this occasion it was very disappointing. The room was scruffy and not very clean. The carpet in the room was disgusting , so dirty one had to put shoes on even to go to the loo in the night. When we brought this to thier notice we were told that that wing was due for new carpets soon. This does not excuse it's state. It should have been cleaned every day if necessary.The guests paying good money should have a right to a clean and comfortable room. I think the standard has dropped since our last stay.
