Awful for answering the phone, especially any benefits departments. I have taken a homeless person who due to 'capita' has had no rent for 6 weeks! Baring in mind it includes food has meant I have had to go without. Disgusting
They are happy to let tenants get into arrears because of the ridiculous system that is in place to be fair i think the staffs hands are tied and they just have to follow the rules set out. Corrupt springs to mind all they do is set out delaying tactics on payments owed give the 20 working day excuse totally unacceptable do not take in consideration anyone else's hardship no wonder why landlords dont like renting to people unfortunate to be on benefits just crazy no wonder why this country is in such a mess.
VERY time consuming to get past the automated answer machine and speak to a real person. What a waste of time.
Absolutely incompetent. If this were a business, it would be bankrupt. FIVE times ive handed in the requested info. I have reciepts. Yet we still keep getting letters and having benefits stopped. Very difficult when you are looking after a disabled son.We are under a lot of stress as a family and both adults are vulnerable mentally. They actually drive you to the point of wanting to kill yourself. Not even kidding
