Have taken my suits to be cleaned in their Fareham store twice.Both have come back with the trousers badly damaged.Brought it up with both the staff who tried to blame myself for the damage they caused, claiming it was due to wearing suspenders? I only use belts.Appalling service. Your experience hopefully would be different than mine, but I wish that I was warned of this possibility. Treated terribly as a customer and now with 400 worth of damaged suits. At your own risk.Edit: There was not one but two pairs of pants. My complaint to you was in regards to the second. The first pair you damaged last year, as per our phone conversation where you were extremely unpleasant. It has been 5 weeks and they have still not returned my suits to me, even damaged. I have called three times and the calls are never returned. Who knew going to get your clothes dry cleaned could turn into such a misadventure, this is ridiculous.
