I recently made an appointment, from a referral, with this clinic and they just cancelled it as they do not have the facilities to do my assessment. They also cancelled my appointment, which meant that I could not go to another clinic without getting another referral from my GP.They need to improve their time-wasting processes.
I had an initial consultation with Mr Repanos and have a CT scan due 5 days later. As much as I love the people in the NHS, Id be waiting until December for the CT scan & March for any subsequent treatment.
Great staff. Special mention for the wonderful staff nurse Kay Mosele who saved the day by ensuring I made both my OGD appointment here and CT in the Queen Alexandra hospital. She really acted as my advocate when delays in my OGD threatened to have my CT cancelled and I am so lucky to have been under her clever thoughtful care. Rooms are dark, no air con, open onto a garden full of peacock droppings.Great catering staff; wouldn't let me leave without wrapping up a take away lunch. i am so impressed and grateful for their thoughtfulness.
Fantastic Hospital couldn't fault it. Went in as a nhs patient and was treated just as if I was private. Staff were very welcoming and caring . Thankyou to you all
Without these exceptional people I feel like I would never of had my hip problems diagnosed let alone fixed. All I can say is thank you. The friendliness of the staff makes it feel like home away from home, and with so much help available I never felt any worry. It is also great because unlike the NHS I really feel like they listen to you. Again thank you for the great hospitality. Joke intended :)
