Just wanted to say Well done for the Great Service.First time that I have used this Place for my plumbing spares. Made my order and was told parts would be ready on Tues for collection. Went in the following Tues and two of the parts in my order had not came in. Explained that I needed them the next day, and they promised to sort the problem. Then about 10:00 the next day one of the store people came round my house and personally delivered them to me.So 11/10 for service and all at a very good price, well done PlumLink.

Absolutely useless. Vanity units turned up late, were the incorrect units. We then had to re order completely different units as they couldn't supply the ones we wanted. We were assured they were of equal quality- they are not. Several items were missing on the order which caused considerable delays to our project.The electric shower supplied is not fit for purpose, refused to accept a return even though my outside hose pipe is of better quality.The bath panel supplied doesn't fit the bath. We have been trying since January to get the correct panel. They have since sent 2 panels, neither fit. We are still awaiting a bath panel that should have been on our original order in December.Manager of store doesn't seem to care too much when presented with these issues ...

I've just popped in to have a look at the showroom which is quite small but ended up having a conversation with the staff. They were very helpful and gave me some good ideas. I wasn't under any pressure to make a decision and they sent me away with brochures to look through. I will definitely return. Their brochure prices are high, but they appear to do internet searches and charge the going internet price; can't say fairer than that.
