I didnt think Spectrum would be interested in my small project. I wanted a bespoke desk for my new home office. They helped me with the desk design and colour selection for both desk and carpet tile flooring. All my emails and phone calls were responded to immediately. I couldnt have had better service. The quality of the furniture was excellent and very good value for money. Every person I dealt with was really lovely, too. Im thrilled to bits with my new office.
Spectrum recently provided a comprehensive fit-out service for our Xavio Design head office and design hub, and we were delighted with the result! Their design was very inspiring and they took great pains to fully understand our luxury brand.The price was perfectly on budget, and the fit-out (which Spectrum project managed entirely, including buiilding & decorating work) finished on time, to a very high standard. The furniture is superb, and nothing was too much trouble. Spectrum also did the fit out for our new staff welfare facilities, which are fresh, high quality and a very enjoyable area to relax in.The end result is way beyond our (high) expectations, and has made an enormous difference to the whole culture and team productivity. Staff and clients have paid the highest compliments, and we love working in our new, dynamic environment. There are no outstanding snags, everything works perfectly (the fit out was months ago) and we are very glad we chose Spectrum as our preferred fit-out provider. Our only regret is that we didn't take the plunge to completely refurbish our offices and studios years ago!We would strongly recommend Spectrum for corporate fit-outs of any type.
Very unprofessional. Came to see us on the 19th about a job. Never heard anything back, was reading my emails but not replying. Phoned this morning and told I'd be phoned back in 10 mins. Didn't happen. Phoned again 2 hours later and was told apparently I was emailed last week - 'it must have gone in junk' (it hadn't) and they couldn't do the job as they do usually larger jobs. Why we weren't told that when he first came into see us, I don't know. Wasted 2 weeks waiting for them and then they decide we're obviously not spending enough money with them so aren't interested! Waste of time
