Awful service. This practice does not even deserve one star. Impossible to get appointments. When you eventually do get through you get told to ring back later (can be hours, days or weeks) when more appointments have been 'released'.I could write several hundred words of how bad this practice is, but I have already wasted more than half an hour of my life this morning trying to get an appointment (and failing).
Horrific surgery I'm lost for words My advice and that of quite a few other patients as you'll see from the reviews isAvoid this surgery!! Any surgery has to be better than this.My child's health has deteriorated so much since being at this surgery. They are not truthful my child is so unwell and they doctor stood and said nothing wrong with them. I'm worried and dismayed that they treat people so badly and its the poor kids that are suffering. My boy is so unwell. I'm going to make a complaint but the man who is the surgery partner is related to the doctor I saw so will my complaint go anywhere ?? If there complaint procedure is anything like how the surgery is run I dont stand any hope of my complaint being dealt with professionally. This surgery is....Unprofessional and incompetentI'm getting out of this surgery for the sake of my child. TERRIBLY SHOCKING SURGERY !

I always manage to get a same day appointment if I need one, but if not can usually book one online within 2 weeks. I've found the receptionists helpful and polite and the doctors knowledgeable and explain everything to my understanding When my partner had a mental health crisis and I took him to QAED the follow up appointment was made the next day and the GP gave him all the time he needed as well as referral to AMHS,. Also myself when I had cancer was able to choose which hospital I wanted to go to.
Sadly a pretty useless surgery. Back in the old days it was good, as were the doctors there, but it is probably pretty representative of the current state of the NHS. Having moved areas I highly doubt my current surgery is much better!
