Nice but not big enough. Need to go to Hedge End for full range. Shame.

Sorry to have to say it but we had a member of staff with a severe personality issue. Just because you were having a bad day doesn't mean you have to be rude to all customers. This member of staff needs to go on a customer care training day otherwise she's going to turn customers away with her attitude. I have worked in retail so appreciate how having customers being rude to you can get to you but you don't tar every customer with the same brush.
Parking is a joke. I needed to go to next with my husband and daughter for holiday clothes before going to M&S. Was in the store just 15 minutes which caused a parking fine. No option to pay more on the car park as it's 2hour maximum stay. The retail park has multiple stores that I frequent for work supplies (hobbycraft) dog supplies (pets at home) me and kids clothing (next) which so often leaves me with no time to get in and out of M&S before the parking restriction runs out. Pity because it's a lovely store.
Parking rip-off. Store is fine however the major issue is the car park at this store. Dare to stay 1 min over 2 hrs and you will be harassed to pay an extortive parking fee by Euro Car Parks. If you plan to argue this good luck as they will keep going and send you a nice threatening letter every couple of weeks. M&S will not assist you in any way as they absolve themselves of all responsibility for their car park so your on your own! Suggest you shop somewhere you can park without fear and with a company who cares about its customers.
