Nice man and nice car I have l really happy with service even came to pick me up
Car arranged days in advance. 5minutes before picking up get a call to say car has cracked windshield so sorry we don't have a car for another hour. Literally no inventory. Only reason not one star is that one of the team took control and sorted out after 45minutes.
Very good and quick process. We had a great 2018 van which really sped up our move. Only down side is they close at 4 on Saturdays and aren't open on Sundays.
Fantastic service that is reasonably priced. The Ford Fiesta I received was immaculate and very reliable. Would use again.
Couldn't fault the service received from Enterprise Havant and Portsmouth branches. Had a car crash on the Thursday evening, by 8 am the next day Enterprise Havant had been on the phone to arrange a suitable time to collect me to take me back to their branch to do the paperwork and collect a car. Then booked for a drop off using one of their other branches (Portsmouth) car handed back no issues and nice timely drop off to where i needed to go. All staff helpful. Absolutely love the collection and drop off option as this saved a lot of time and hassle.
