The below, sent by me to Halfords Customer Service 03-01-2019.Today I visited your store in Havant to enquire about a dash cam advertised on line, namely theGarmin dash cam 55.I couldn't find this particular item in the store so I asked to speak to the store manager, namely John.John was rude and abrupt in his manner towards me. I left the store empty handed.Approximately 40 minutes later there were 2 policemen at my home address, having received a report from Halfords at Havant that I may be driving my vehicle whilst drunk. I was breathalysed and the result was 100% negative...no alcohol in my system.I then phoned up the Havant store and spoke to John to ask John why he had a vendetta against me.He first denied all knowledge of phoning the police...He then changed his story to he smelt alcohol on my breath and thus called the police.I can assure you I did not consume any alcohol today...as the police breathalyser proved.What sort of sick twisted managers do you employ who make false and unfounded accusations against the public and get pleasure out of wasting police time.I expect and demand some sort of adequate resolve to this matter and at the minimum some sort of strong reprimand to John for being a sad and twisted liar.
I popped to Halfords for a headlight bulb.I filled in the electronic device with registration to find the correct bulb.i was approached by a member of staff who was helpful in finding the required bulb. Thank you for the excellent customer service
Bike staff could not have been more helpful. I'd messed up an online order - they fixed things on the spot - great service, polite, helpful. Very impressed.

The store is of open design on 2 floors accessible by lift.Selling general motor vehicle items, spares and upstairs is the "bike hut" for...bikes. the staff are helpful if a little hard to find except the bored looking teenager on the till.The whole place has a rubber scent to it, I love that smell ! I went in for 1 item and left with 2 items and found them to be a reasonable price. I will go there again no doubt.
